Debra brings over two decades of experience in the mental health, disability and wellbeing sector. Debra specialises in acute mental health, trauma, CPTSD, suicidality, personality and mood disorders, psychiatric conditions, community mental health and family violence.
Debra is deeply passionate about empowering the people she supports to be the author of their own lives, and advocates on both an individual and broader social perspective. Bringing an acute awareness of trauma and mental health conditions both professionally and personally, she works from a grounding of deep understanding and patience. Debra works with the whole person, mind, body, spirit, and is skilled at thinking "outside the box", which advantages her participants by linking in with a holistic array of mainstream and alternative services.
Having worked alongside many varied mental health practitioners in addition to her own studies in psychology and counselling, Debra is able to teach participants skills and techniques to help cope with their symptoms in their day-to-day lives.
Debra is also experienced in working with Aboriginal families, neurodiversity, ADHD, vision impairment and ABI. She has a strong cultural awareness including sexual and gender diversity.

Cert IV Mental Health (Tafe SA), Bachelor of Arts, Sociology/Psychology (Flinders University), Post Graduate Certificate Applied Anthropology & Development Studies (Macquarie University), Qualified Yoga Teacher, Mental Health First Aid, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (Living Works), LifeForce training (Wesley Mission), Peer Support Training (Mind Australia). Currently studying Diploma of Counselling.
Deanna has over 20 years of experience working with children, teens and adults with complex needs. With qualifications in art therapy and developmental trauma, she is an experienced therapist in the areas of intergenerational trauma, abuse, drug & alcohol addiction, and mental health challenges. With a humanistic, client-centred approach, Deanna walks alongside her clients with deep compassion and empathy, supporting them on their path to greater self-awareness and healing. Deanna specialises in working with Aboriginal children and families, and individuals impacted by adverse childhood experiences and attachment trauma.
Andrew is a deeply heart-centered guy who has a wealth of experience in collaborative events creation, glass-blowing, building and furniture restoration, in addition to working experience in supported micro-enterprise and social activities.
Andrew loves cooking, the ocean, long meaningful chats, drives, and reminding people how uniquely wonderful they are.
Andrew is available for social support, outdoor activities, and helping participants make, create, fix or restore handiwork projects.
